01/ Operations Audit
You can feel the factory could do more, but you can't point at exactly where it's leaking. That's what the audit is for.
I follow the flow from order to dispatch and map what actually happens as work moves through the business. Where work waits. Where it gets handled twice. Where one person is quietly holding the whole thing together with a spreadsheet and a good memory.
What you get:
A current-state map of the flow, start to finish.
A prioritised gap analysis: where throughput, quality or cost is leaking, ranked by what it's costing you.
A cost-and-effort grading on every fix, so you know what's a morning's work and what's a project.
A phased roadmap, sequenced so the early wins fund the harder changes.
Most of the quick wins cost little or nothing: a form redesign, a change to workstation layout, a different inspection sequence. The audit ends with a straight recommendation.
Pricing depends on scope. I'll confirm it after the walk, once I've seen the size of the operation.
Tell me one problem.
One operational problem in your business that's been sitting unfixed because nobody's had the time to get to it. A couple of lines on what's going wrong and what it's costing you is plenty to start. If I can help, I'll book a factory walk, spend 90 minutes on your floor, and give you a written summary of how I'd approach it. Free, whether or not we work together after that.
