Some businesses don't need a project. They need the operational capability in the building without carrying a full-time director's salary before they're ready.
That's what this is. I take on an ongoing Operations Director role a day or two a week: running the floor, building the systems, developing the people, holding the operational side together while you focus on winning the work.
It suits manufacturers past the point where the founder can hold operations in their head, but not yet at the scale that justifies a permanent hire.
Pricing is a monthly retainer based on days. I'll confirm it after the walk.
