02/ Implementation
Recommendations don't improve throughput. Execution does.
An audit that sits in a drawer changes nothing. This is where I put the changes in alongside your team, on your floor, at your pace, until they hold.
Using what the audit found, we agree a phased roll-out and work through it together.
Phase 1 — Get the basics solid. The changes that don't need buy-in go in first: layout, sequencing, the forms and boards people use every day. Fast wins that build confidence the rest is worth doing.
Phase 2 — Put the systems in. The bigger changes: how work is planned, how quality is checked, where automation earns its place. In alongside the team, adjusted as reality pushes back.
Phase 3 — Hand it over. I step back deliberately. The measure of a good implementation is how well it holds up to months of use by your team.
I work around your delivery programme, not across it, so the changes go in without stalling live jobs. Unlike a consultant who parachutes in with a slide deck and leaves you the implementation, I'm on the floor while it happens.
Pricing depends on the scope of the roll-out. I'll confirm it after the walk.
Tell me one problem.
One operational problem in your business that's been sitting unfixed because nobody's had the time to get to it. A couple of lines on what's going wrong and what it's costing you is plenty to start. If I can help, I'll book a factory walk, spend 90 minutes on your floor, and give you a written summary of how I'd approach it. Free, whether or not we work together after that.
